As provided by Art. VII, Sec 10 of the Amended By-Laws of the Order of the Knights of Rizal and after careful scrutiny of various nominations, with the concurrence of the Supreme Council, the undersigned Supreme Commander of the Order hereby appoints the following Regional Commanders, Deputy Regional Commanders, Area Commanders, Deputy Area Commanders and Officer-In-Charge for Rizalian Year 2014-2016.
