Please fill-out the registration form and submit it at the registration table during the assembly. You may also e-mail this form to the IHQ of the Order of the Knights of Rizal. This registration will serve as reference in order for us to prepare your ID for the convention and the issuance of the convention kit. Non-paying participants will not receive the convention kit. And for verification purposes, please indicate if you have pre-registered with advance payment made or will pay on-site.
