After all the reports, Supreme Commander, Sir Pablo Trillana III gave the State of the Order address. The address is the main highlight of the 3rd USA Regional Assembly.

The Dinner and Gala Night was held at the Bienville Hall. The time has come for everyone unwinds after a long hectic day at the assembly. Aside from the presentation of plaques for deserving knights and ladies, there were cultural presentations from the different chapters. This was also a time when the Ladies for Rizal and the Mga Kababaihang Rizalista were recognized. The evening activity continued through the evening with a night of music and dancing.

After late breakfast on the last day of the assembly, we all gathered at the lobby for the tour of Red Rocks Canyon. The canyon is located 17 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip on Charleston Boulevard/State Route 159. The area is 195,819 acres and is visited by more than one million people each year. In marked contrast to a town geared to entertainment and gaming, Red Rock Canyon offers enticements of a different nature including a 13-mile scenic drive, more than 30 miles of hiking trails, rock climbing, horseback riding, mountain biking, road biking, picnic areas, nature observing and visitor center with exhibit rooms and a book store.
